dc.description.abstractWe demonstrated the first heterogeneously integrated continuous-wave laser (CWL) on 300 nm thick silicon nitride commercial platform from VLC Photonics and INB-CNM, utilizing a two-step micro-transfer printing process. We achieved a tunable range of 34 nm, with Schawlow-Townes linewidth of 90 kHz.
