dc.description.abstractWe present a 2.1mu m radius disk modulator with an integrated heater, achieving 6.47 THz free-spectral-range (FSR), 0.41nm/mW heater efficiency, operating up to 50Gb/sNRZ with 1.6Vpp drive swing, which is achieved by the optimization of bend loss and vertical PN junction
